Can I pick up from a store or office?
At this point in time we are an Internet only site and have no shopfront to pick up from.

Can I use direct deposit?
YES! Just choose Direct Deposit in the checkout-shopping cart.

Is there a warranty on the products?
All products come with a manufactures 12 month warranty.  Contact us first, through the form provided on the website.

How much will delivery cost me?
Flat Rate of $17.50 on orders this includes insurance. Flat Rate Shipping is up to 6 KG, for anything over this weight or oversized we will inform you of the extra cost before shipping.

Are my goods insured?
YES! Your order is fully insured against loss or damage.

Are mobile phones unlocked and can I use any SIM card?
The mobile phones supplied are unlocked, which means you are not locked to any phone network.  You need to check if the frequency of your network is available on the phone you want to purchase.  Please note, the mobile phones we supply do not support Telstra’s Next G network – in order to have Telstra’s Next G service you would need to purchase a mobile phone directly from Telstra.
 
Do you have extended warranties?
YES! Extended warranties are available.
